Food supplement with magnesium, calcium, and vitamins C, D and K

SUGGESTED USE: Individual needs may vary. Start with 2.5 g (1 teaspoon) per day and gradually increase to a maximum of 7 g (3 teaspoons) per day. MAG365 can be taken during or between meals. The recommended daily dose not exceed. The dose may be taken at one time or divided into 2 to 3 portions during the day.

USE: mix with 30-60 ml of warm water in a glass or a cup. Let it fizz and stir until dissolved. Fill the remainder of the glass or cup with hot or cold water and enjoy.
